We are searching for an exceptionally talented Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care, you will work with both internal and external parties to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers. You have a passion and drive for ensuring customers have nothing but a top-notch experience once they move into their new home.


What You'll be Doing:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our homeowners from the time of Pre-Delivery Inspection booking through to the end of their after-closing warranty period.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our homeowners, maintaining exceptional communication throughout the customer’s after-sales service journey to ensure all issues, concerns and deficiencies are documented, monitored and actioned.
  • Create and manage customers’ expectations by providing education and guidance throughout the customer’s after-sales service journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate all service with the customer, sub contractors and the Fusion Service team to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries regarding after sales service and home maintenance.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a reputation for exceeding customer expectations (Home Building/construction industry preferred).
  • Outstanding customer focus and relentless drive to defy customer expectations.
  • The ability to anticipate, execute, and take ownership while managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • University Degree and/or College Diploma.
